Welcome to Best Pure Clean. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website (https://www.bestpureclean.com/) and the professional cleaning services we provide across Dubai, UAE. By booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.
1. Scope of Services
Best Pure Clean provides premium residential, commercial, and specialized cleaning services. Your selected package at the time of booking will determine the specific tasks included in your service. Any additional tasks requested on-site that were not part of the original booking may incur extra charges.
2. Booking and Confirmation
- Accuracy of Information: The client must provide accurate details (number of rooms, balcony size, property type) to receive a correct quote.
- Confirmation: A booking is considered confirmed only after you receive a confirmation via WhatsApp, email, or SMS from our official channel.
- Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse service if the property conditions are deemed hazardous or pose a health risk to our staff.
3. Pricing, VAT, and Payment
- Transparency: All our rates are transparent. However, we reserve the right to adjust the final price if the actual state of the property differs significantly from the description provided.
- VAT: In compliance with UAE Federal Law, a 5% Value Added Tax (VAT) is applicable to all services.
- Payment Terms: Payment must be made upon completion of the service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, or online bank transfers.
4. Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change. However, to manage our team’s schedule efficiently in Dubai’s busy environment, we enforce the following:
- 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the service time.
- Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made within less than 24 hours may be subject to a 50% service charge.
- No-Show: If our team arrives and cannot access the property within 30 minutes, it will be treated as a \\\"no-show,\\\" and the full service fee may be charged.
5. Client Obligations
- Access: The client must ensure that the cleaning team has access to the property at the scheduled time (e.g., providing building security permits).
- Utilities: The client must provide access to running water and electricity.
- Safety of Valuables: While we are highly professional, we advise clients to secure small valuables (jewelry, cash, and small electronics) before the session begins.
6. Claims and Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our priority.
- 24-Hour Quality Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the quality of work, please report it within 24 hours. We will send a team to reclean the disputed area at no additional cost.
- Damage Claims: Any claim for accidental damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion, accompanied by photographic evidence. Best Pure Clean’s liability is limited to the total cost of the service provided.
7. Non-Solicitation of Staff
The client agrees not to directly or indirectly engage, hire, or contract any staff member of Best Pure Clean for private services outside of the company for a period of 12 months following the last service date. Violation of this clause will lead to legal action under UAE labor and contract laws.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes shall be settled under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.
